Embroidery Digitizing, Done by Hand
Embroidery digitizing turns your artwork into a clean, stitch-ready file for your embroidery machine. At Allied Punch, every file is prepared with care, so the finished embroidery looks neat, reads clearly, and stitches smoothly.
We do not use auto digitizing. Every design is digitized manually, with close attention to clean stitching, fine detail, and small text that stays readable instead of turning into a blur.
You get quality work and a fast turnaround, without shortcuts. Send us your artwork, tell us where it will be stitched, and we will prepare it with the care your design deserves.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is embroidery digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can follow, setting out the stitch types, order and detail for the finished design.
What artwork do I need to send?
A clear version of your logo or design file works best. Please also share the fabric, where the design will be stitched, and the finished size you need.
Which file formats are supplied?
Production files are supplied in the format you need for your embroidery machine. Just tell us which format to use when you send your artwork.
Can small text be done?
Yes. Small text is digitized with extra care so words stay clear and readable, although extremely small lettering can be harder to read depending on size and fabric.
How do I check a proof?
Check the proof for size, placement, colours and lettering against your original artwork, and let us know if anything needs adjusting before the files are used in production.
