What does Allied Punch make?

We make custom patches in embroidered, PVC, chenille, woven and leather styles, along with keychains, enamel pins, embroidery digitizing and vector art. If you have an idea for a custom design, we would love to hear about it.

Do I need finished artwork to start?

No. You can upload artwork if you have it, or simply describe your idea and note the file name you plan to send. We will guide you through the next steps and help you shape a design that works beautifully in your chosen style.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is quote-based, because every design is different. Your quote will reflect your product type, size, quantity, backing and artwork. Share those details in the quote form, and we will prepare a personalised quote for you.

Which backing should I choose?

Iron-on is convenient and easy to apply, sew-on offers a permanent finish, Velcro is flexible for items that change often, and adhesive works well for a simple, tidy hold. If you are not sure, choose “Not sure yet” in the quote form and we will help you decide.

What is a proof, and why does it matter?

A proof is a preview of your design before production begins. It lets you check colours, shapes, text and overall balance, and ask for adjustments if needed. Production only moves forward once you are happy with what you see.

What is embroidery digitizing?

Digitizing translates your artwork into a stitch-ready file, so an embroidery machine can recreate your design in thread. Careful digitizing keeps lines smooth, colours balanced and details clear.

What is vector art?

Vector art is clean, scalable artwork that stays sharp at any size. It is ideal when a design needs to be resized, printed or reused across different products without losing quality.
